Case Description
On March 2, 2024, in the city of Minusinsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, at the pavilions of the Zarechny market, local resident Olga Andreeva and her companion - a serviceman, participant in the so-called "special military operation", who returned to the Krasnoyarsk Territory on leave - got into a conflict with police officers due to a sticker with the letter Z stuck on the glass of a patrol car." Seeing the Z-sticker, the man began to hit the glass of the car and insult the police. When the police tried to detain him, Andreeva got involved in the conflict. Both were in a state of alcohol intoxication. According to police claims, Andreeva, in order to prevent the detention of a citizen, forcefully grabbed the police officer's face and hands with her hands, struck him with her palms on the face, causing him physical pain." "Furthermore, Andreyeva struck at least one blow to the face of another DPS officer, forcefully leaned her body against the back of the police officer, causing him physical pain and bodily injuries that are classified as injuries that did not harm human health. An investigation was opened against Andreyeva and a serviceman whose name has not been disclosed for an attack on a law enforcement officer. It is unknown whether a preventive measure has been chosen.
