Case Description
A criminal case was initiated in the Republic of Bashkortostan regarding the financing of the activities of an "undesirable" organization against Olesya Kosenkova. The date of her detention is unknown. According to the investigation, from November 2022 to August 2023, Kosenkova, knowing that the Ukrainian organizations 'All-Ukrainian Spiritual Center 'Renaissance'' and 'Vladimir Muntyan's Charitable Fund 'Renaissance'' were recognized as undesirable on the territory of the Russian Federation, made money transfers in the form of donations totaling 79,170 rubles to ensure their activities." During the investigation, the defendant was placed under a written undertaking not to leave and to behave properly. 11 April 2025, the Oktyabrsky City Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan found Olesya Kosenkova guilty and sentenced her to 2 years of imprisonment suspended with a probation period of 2 years. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force.
