Case Description
45-year-old Oleg Svetikov, a resident of Zhukovsky in the Moscow region, was detained in Moscow in January 2025. He was accused of committing sabotage and illegal circulation of payment instruments. The details of the charges are unknown. On January 18, 2025, the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow sent a man to a pre-trial detention center. No later than June 2025, the charges were reclassified to destruction of another's property, but the court left the defendant in custody.
