Case Description
A criminal case was opened in Vladivostok against local resident Oleg Nesterenko on charges of calling for terrorism." The reason for the criminal prosecution was comments against the SMO, which the man allegedly wrote in Telegram. The specific content of Nesterenko's writings, as well as the date of detention and the measure of restraint, are unknown. 1st Eastern Military District Court found Oleg Nesterenko guilty and sentenced him to 14 years in a general regime colony. Date of sentencing is unknown. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force.
