Case Description
On March 14, 2025, in Moscow, at Zhukovsky Airport, 35-year-old local resident, native of Ukraine, entrepreneur Oleg Lysenko was detained. According to him, the reason for his detention was that he had previously crossed the Ukrainian border. The next day, on March 15, Lysenko was taken to his place of residence accompanied by FSB officers to conduct a search. After conducting operational activities, he was taken to the OMVDD of Russia for the Filyovsky Park district of Moscow, where a protocol on an administrative offense under the article on petty hooliganism was falsified against him. According to police reports, the man, while in a public place, used obscene language, waved his arms, and did not respond to demands to stop his illegal actions. On the same day, Judge Sergei Kashirin of the Dorogomilovsky District Court of Moscow sentenced Lysenko to 15 days of administrative arrest. While the man was serving his arrest, a criminal case for treason was opened against him. According to the version of the security forces, Lysenko transferred money to an account related to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. March 31, 2025, the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow sent the defendant in the case to a pre-trial detention center.
