Case Description
In mid-October 2023, it became known that the Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case against animator Oleg Kuvaev under the article on public calls for activities aimed against state security. The reason for initiating the case was episode 169 of the cartoon series "Masyanya, which the animator posted on Youtube. In it, Masanya calls on Russian soldiers to surrender using the 'I Want to Live' project created by the Ukrainian GRU. In December, the Ministry of Internal Affairs placed Oleg Kuvaev on the federal wanted list. The animator himself lives in Israel.
