Case Description
6 November 2024, YouTube blogger Oleg Kostanov, a native of the village of Kushumsky in the Yershovsky district of the Saratov region, was included in the list of Rosfinmonitoring as being involved in terrorist crimes. The details of the charges are unknown. According to the investigation, the reason for criminal prosecution could have been a video about the attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kursk region, where, in particular, he recalled the boomerang effect: they wished evil on Ukrainians and now here is the result. Oleg Kustanov lives outside of Russia. He was put on the wanted list.
