Evdokimov Oleg Alekseevich

In the Trans-Baikal Territory, a 59-year-old local resident, Oleg Yevdokimov, was detained no later than March 2025. He was accused of financing terrorism and participating in the activities of a terrorist organization based on political hatred. According to the investigation, from July 2023 to July 2024, Yevdokimov repeatedly transferred monetary funds in the total amount of more than 35 thousand rubles to the benefit of the terrorist community "Artpodgotovka. In October 2024, he received a party card of this organization, as well as sent his resume to its participant, in which he expressed a desire to participate in the implementation of the tasks set. Additionally, from June 2020 to March 2025, he spread information about the activities of 'Artpodgotovka' by sending Vyacheslav Maltsev's video clips via the Telegram messenger and retelling their content. For the duration of the investigation, the defendant was placed in a pre-trial detention center. On December 15, 2025, the 2nd Eastern Military District Court found Oleg Yevdokimov guilty and, taking into account the totality of crimes, sentenced him to 12 years of imprisonment, the first 3 years of which he must serve in prison, and the remaining part of the sentence in a strict regime correctional colony.
