Case Description
In annexed Crimea, no later than November 2024 (the exact date is unknown), a criminal case of treason was opened against Oksana Senedzhuk, the chief specialist of the State Autonomous Institution of Sevastopol 'Research and Design Institute of Urban Planning, Architecture, Surveys and Environment'. According to the investigation, Senedzhuk was recruited as an "agent" of Ukrainian special services. n March 2023, she received an order from her curator to conduct "surveillance, photography, and transmission" of information about the deployment of ships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet to Ukrainian intelligence. The court placed the woman in the pre-trial detention center No. 1 of Simferopol. On December 26, 2024, the Sevastopol City Court found Oksana Senedzhuk guilty and sentenced her to 15 years in a general regime penal colony and a fine of 200 thousand." rubles. 14 May 2025, the Third Appellate Court of General Jurisdiction left the verdict unchanged.
