Case Description
In Solnechnogorsk, Moscow Oblast, no later than May 2025, a 40-year-old native of Kyrgyzstan, Nurzat Kuprevich, was detained. She was accused of assisting terrorist activities by financing terrorism, as well as financing extremist activities. According to the investigation, Kuprevich, being an adherent of radical Islamic views, being aware that the money she transferred would be used to ensure terrorist and extremist activities, made four non-cash transfers totaling 6.8 thousand. rubles to members of banned international terrorist and extremist organizations. The woman was placed in a pre-trial detention center for the duration of the investigation. On July 23, 2025, the 2nd Western Military District Court found Nurzat Kuprevich guilty and sentenced her to 10 years in prison to be served in a general regime correctional colony.
