Case Description
Presumably in July 2024, a criminal case for high treason was initiated against 39-year-old Nikolai Vovchenko in the Murmansk region. The details of the charges are unknown. The man was sent into custody. On September 4, 2024, the Northern Fleet Military Court found Nikolai Vovchenko guilty and sentenced him to 14 years in a strict regime penal colony. On December 19, 2024, the Appellate Military Court left the sentence unchanged.
