Case Description
In Dzhankoy in the annexed Crimea no later than September 2025, a criminal case was opened against Nikolay Semiletov. He was accused of 4 episodes of public calls to carry out extremist activities and 10 episodes of justification of terrorism using the Internet.
According to the investigation, Semiletov published in social networks calls to commit violent acts against people on the basis of their nationality. The prosecution also claims that the man posted comments in which he called for the undermining of the Crimean bridge, destruction of critical infrastructure and assassination of political figures.
