Case Description

But, waking up in the morning, he abandoned the idea of such earnings. 16 November 2024, the Moscow District Court of St. Petersburg chose Marchenko a measure of restraint in the form of detention. Later, the measure of restraint was changed to a ban on certain actions. On May 13, 2025, the Moscow District Court of St. Petersburg found Nikolai Marchenko guilty and sentenced him to 1 year of imprisonment conditionally with a probationary period of 1 year. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force.
