В селе Русское Белогорского района в аннексированном Крыму не позднее мая 2023 года возбудили уголовное дело о публичных призывах к осуществлению экстремистской деятельности против местного 45-летнего жителя Николая Кочнева. Подробности обвинения неизвестны.

27 сентября 2023 года Белогорский районный суд Республики Крым признал Николая Кочнева виновным, размер наказания неизвестен. Приговор не был обжалован и вступил в законную силу.
