Case Description
In the Primorsky Krai in early September 2024, a criminal case was opened for incitement to terrorism against local resident Nikita Ochnev. According to the investigation, a resident of Primorye under the nickname "Boris Ataman" published calls on VKontakte to seize power and commit violent acts against high-ranking Russian officials. The court sent Ochnaev to a pre-trial detention center for the duration of the investigation.
