Dyakov Nikita Viktorovich

In early July 2023, the FSB detained a local 43-year-old resident Nikita Dyakov in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. The court placed him in a pre-trial detention center. On December 20, 2023, the Sakhalin Regional Court found Nikita Dyakov guilty and sentenced him to 15 years in prison. For the first 3 years, he must serve his sentence in prison, and the remaining time in a strict regime colony. On April 23, 2024, the Fifth Appellate Court of General Jurisdiction upheld the verdict.
