Case Description
In the city of Magas, Republic of Ingushetia, in January 2014, a criminal case was opened for inciting hatred or enmity against 23-year-old activist and blogger Musa Abadiev. At the station Vyborg in the Leningrad region on the railway stretch Vyborg - Prigorodnaya of the October Railway on April 12, 2025, unknown persons set fire to the cabinet of electric heating of the turnout. According to the investigators, the blogger made "inappropriate statements aimed at inciting hatred and enmity against a certain social group of people" in the article. On March 19, 2014, the Magas District Court of the Republic of Ingushetia found Musa Abadiev guilty and sentenced him to a fine of 100 thousand. rubles.
