Case Description
26 September 2022 in Makhachkala during a rally to cancel mobilization for military service, security forces detained Murad Aligadzhiev, Sultan Akhmedkhanov, Ibragim Ruslanovich and Magomed Ubaidulaev. According to the investigation, the operative officer Sarukhanov suffered from the actions of the men. "They used violence dangerous to life and health against a police lieutenant by inflicting multiple blows with their hands and feet to various parts of his body. Result: closed craniocerebral injury, concussion of the brain and bruises of soft tissues", - the resolution states.
