Case Description
In the Sverdlovsk region, no later than September 2025, a criminal case was opened against Mirgias Gadirov. He was accused of failure to report a crime.
According to the version of the investigation, in November 2021, Gadirov learned from his acquaintance about his adherence to radical ideas of Islam. The friend of the accused justified violence, shared the idea of "holy war" and stated his desire to join a terrorist group. Gadirov failed to report this to law enforcement and was inactive until 2025.
There is no information about the measure of restraint.
On February 2, 2026, the Kachkanarsky City Court of the Sverdlovsk region found Mirgias Gadirov guilty and sentenced him to a fine of 60 thousand rubles.
