Case Description
On May 21, 2023, in Rostov-on-Don, 57-year-old designer of the defense industry enterprise Mikhail Vzvolodnov was detained. He was accused of treason. According to the investigation, the man passed data on air defense and personnel of the RF Armed Forces to Ukraine. The case materials are classified. After his arrest, Vzvolnov was escorted to Moscow, where the Lefortovo District Court placed him in a pre-trial detention center. On July 11, 2025, the Leningrad Regional Court found Mikhail Vzvodny guilty, the size of the punishment is unknown.
