According to the investigation, the hearing-impaired man planned to illegally leave for Ukraine to join the ranks of the 'Russian Volunteer Corps,' recognized as a terrorist organization and banned in Russia. First, he allegedly purchased RDK symbolism, contacted its representatives and certain residents of the Bryansk region who promised to transport him to Ukraine. He planned to reach the border by train, but postponed his departure from Kursky Station twice to later dates. On August 16, 2024, Judge Elena Guchenkova of the Moscow City Court found Mikhail Rylov guilty and sentenced him to 6.5 years in a strict regime colony and a fine of 400 thousand rubles. rubles.
