Case Description
In late July 2023, a criminal case was opened in Omsk for public calls for terrorism against 17-year-old local resident Mikhail Petrov. The reason for the criminal prosecution was a joking comment on VKontakte, which the young man left in May 2023 under a post about a drone attack on the Kremlin in a local public page: 'Glory to Ukraine.'"
