Case Description
In Moscow in October 2025, a 62-year-old local resident Mikhail Nayda was detained. A criminal case was opened against him for repeated incitement of hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity. The details of the charges are unknown. Earlier, in November 2022, the man was fined in a case of an administrative offense under the article on inciting hatred or enmity because of some picture in social networks. It is unknown exactly what Naida published. On October 13, 2025, the Cheryomushkinsky District Court of Moscow denied the investigation's request to detain the defendant in custody. It is unknown what measure of restraint the court ultimately chose.
