Case Description
Mikhail Gordeev, a resident of St. Petersburg, was detained in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsk no later than January 2026. He was accused of calling for activities against the security of the state.
According to the FSB version, Gordeev, working as a programmer in a St. Petersburg company, posted on a website for IT specialists a call for financing the Ukrainian side. The law enforcers claim that he published a link to a platform for collecting money for the needs of the Ukrainian armed forces, including the purchase of ammunition, tanks and drones.
The Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky city court sent the defendant in the case to a pre-trial detention center.
