Case Description
In Ulyanovsk in January 2025, two 14-year-old teenagers were detained - Nikolai Goryn and Matvey Safonov. They were accused of preparing a terrorist attack. According to the version of the security forces, the teenagers planned to carry out a terrorist attack at one of the critical infrastructure facilities on the orders of 'curators from Ukraine.'", Allegedly, they sent instructions through a messenger. The court placed the defendants in the case in the SIZO.
