Case Description
On August 13, 2024, in Krasnodar, unknown persons set fire to the cab of a locomotive belonging to the company "TransOil. A week later, three local residents were detained on charges of arson - 18-year-old Bogdan Nemykin and 17-year-old Daniil Klevtsov, students of the Kuban Institute of Professional Education, and 16-year-old schoolboy Mark Akonsky. During the interrogation, the guys allegedly confessed that they were acting on the orders of an unknown person who contacted them on Telegram. The teenagers were promised one and a half thousand dollars for arson. A criminal case on terrorism was initiated against the Krasnodar residents. The court sent them to a pre-trial detention center for the duration of the investigation.
