Case Description
В Иванове в начале октября 2024 года задержали местную жительницу Марию Кулеву. Её обвинили в осквернении символов воинской славы России.
По версии следствия, утром 2 октября 2024 года Кулева потушила водой Вечный огонь у памятника «Героям фронта и тыла». Свои мотивы женщина объяснить не смогла.
По решению суда фигурантку дела отправили в СИЗО.
8 апреля 2025 года Ивановский областной суд освободил Марию Кулеву от уголовной ответственности и применил к ней принудительные меры медицинского характера.
Решение суда не было обжаловано и вступило в законную силу.
