Case Description
On September 23, 2025, a search was conducted in the Krasnodar Territory at the home of 23-year-old blogger Mansur Gneev. In the morning, about ten people came to the young man, among whom were FSB officers, two employees of the NTV television channel, and an operative officer who was a member of the "Russian Community. The security forces seized all the equipment from the family, after which they took the blogger for questioning. A criminal case was opened against Gneev for public calls to extremism. The reason for the criminal prosecution was a video on his YouTube channel, the details of the charges are unknown. Before the cancellation of the preventive measure, the young man was placed in a temporary detention facility. It is reported that the blogger was beaten in the Gneev detention center, after which he developed "eye problems. On September 25, 2025, the court placed Gneev in a remand prison. Previously, in November 2024, Gneeva was fined in a case of an administrative offense under the article on inciting hatred. According to the case materials, the blogger posted a video on his YouTube channel in which he "speaks unflatteringly about representatives of other faiths." 5.
