Case Description
On the night of May 19-20, 2022, a military enlistment office in Zheleznogorsk-Ilimsky was shot at. The window on the second floor of the building was damaged. None of the military enlistment office employees were injured. Maxim Smolkin, a resident of Angarsk, was then detained by security forces. Under which article he was charged is unknown.
