Case Description
Против уроженца Саратовской области не позднее ноября 2023 года Максима Маленко возбудили уголовное дело. Его обвинили в государственной измене, в приготовлении к участию в деятельности террористической организации и к дезертирству в период мобилизации, а также в попытке незаконного пересечения государственной границы. Подробности обвинения неизвестны.
На время следствия фигуранта дела поместили под стражу.
29 мая 2025 года 2-й Западный окружной военный суд признал Максима Маленко виновным и приговорил его к лишению свободы в колонии строгого режима, размере наказания неизвестен.
