Case Description
In the city of Verkhnyaya Salda, Sverdlovsk Oblast, no later than March 2025, a 19-year-old local resident, musician, and soloist of the Sverdlovsk punk group 'DASH*' Maxim Lunin (pseudonym - Maxim Plotsky) was detained. He was accused of attempting to commit a terrorist act, including as part of a group of persons by prior conspiracy, as well as participating in the activities of a terrorist organization and publicly justifying terrorism. The details of the charges are unknown. The court placed the defendant in a pre-trial detention center.
