Case Description
In the Kakhovsky district of the occupied part of the Kherson region on September 2, 2023, people in Russian military uniforms kidnapped Maxim Kovalevko, a 51-year-old resident and citizen of Ukraine, directly from his home. The next day, unknown individuals arrived, took his minivan, all valuables from the house, and left the keys to his house in the yard. As of today, the whereabouts of the Ukrainian are unknown.
