Case Description
The case was initiated due to the party's anti-war posts on Telegram and VKontakte, timed to coincide with Easter. Photos of an action that took place in a cemetery were published in the posts — a person in a black robe with a hidden face holds anti-war posters. Christ is risen. 'And the conscript is not,' one of them says. According to the investigation, on April 28, 2022, Maksim Yevstropov made a publication in Telegram and VKontakte "with the aim of offending the religious feelings of representatives of the Orthodox faith."
