В Москве не позднее декабря 2024 года по обвинению в государственной измене задержали М.В. Ильенко. Подробности обвинения неизвестны.
Суд Москвы продлил фигурант/ку меру пресечения в виде заключения под стражу.
30 января 2026 года Московский городской суд признал М.В. Ильенко виновным и приговорил к лишению свободы в колонии строгого режима, размер наказания неизвестен. Информации об обжаловании приговора нет.
