Case Description
В городе Старобельск оккупированной части Луганской области не позднее августа 2023 года задержали 37-летнюю местную жительницу, гражданку Украины Любовь Селину. Её обвинили в участии в террористическом сообществе. Поводом для уголовного преследования стала служба в рядах ВСУ националистического батальона «Айдар», признанного в России террористическим, в котором женщина служила в качестве делопроизводителя.
25 сентября 2023 года Южный окружной военный суд признал Любовь Селину виновной и приговорил её к 5 годам лишения свободы в колонии общего режима.
22 ноября 2023 года Апелляционный военный суд оставил приговор без изменения.
