Case Description
In Khabarovsk, no later than May 2024, 25-year-old local resident Lyubov Prakhova was detained. She was accused of state treason and participation in the activities of a terrorist organization. The details of the charges are unknown. The court placed the woman in a pre-trial detention center. On April 25, 2025, the 1st Eastern Military District Court found Lyubov Prakova guilty and sentenced her to 15 years in a general regime penal colony. September 8, 2025, the Appellate Military Court left the sentence unchanged.
