Case Description
On September 20, 2023, Leonid Ramazanov, a 16-year-old local resident, was detained in Tomsk. According to the investigation, the day before, on September 19, on the stretch between Tomsk-1 and Tomsk-2 stations in the Sovetsky district of the city, Ramazanov threw a half-liter glass bottle with an incendiary mixture into the relay cabinet, but the Molotov cocktail hit the support of the power transmission line, which was half a meter away. The schoolboy allegedly received instructions from a curator from Ukraine. The teenager was accused of committing sabotage. The court sent him to a pre-trial detention center. On May 27, 2024, the Tomsk Regional Court found Leonid Ramazanov guilty and sentenced him to 4 years and 6 months in a correctional colony. 23 October 2024, the Fifth Appellate Court of General Jurisdiction left the sentence unchanged.
