Case Description
1. On August 1, 2023, around 6:00 PM in Ishimbay, 18-year-old Ksenia Andreeva, a saleswoman at the Detsky Mir store, approached the building of the military commissariat, poured a flammable liquid at the door, and set it on fire. The fire was discovered and extinguished by police officers. No one was injured. The girl managed to escape from the scene of the crime but was soon detained. Andreeva was accused of attempted destruction of another's property by a generally dangerous method. On August 3, 2023, the court chose a measure of restraint for her in the form of a prohibition of certain actions. On September 25, 2023, the Ishimbay City Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan found Ksenia Andreeva guilty and sentenced her to 1.5 years of imprisonment conditionally with a probationary period of 2 years. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force.
