Case Description
On December 27, 2023, Konstantin Shukhano, a 28-year-old local resident, was detained in Angarsk, Irkutsk Region. A criminal case was opened against him for calls for terrorism. The details of the charges are unknown. The court placed the man in custody. On May 20, 2025, the 2nd Eastern Military District Court found Konstantin Shukhanov guilty and sentenced him to 1.5 years of imprisonment in a general regime colony." On September 30, 2025, the Appellate Military Court toughened the sentence and increased the term of punishment to 7.5 years.
