Case Description

ON NOVEMBER 26, 2024, JUDGE TATYANA TURBINA OF THE LENINSKY DISTRICT COURT OF SAMARA APPOINTED A MAN AN ADMINISTRATIVE PUNISHMENT IN THE FORM OF ARREST FOR 15 DAYS. On December 10, after serving his sentence, Peev was detained again and a second protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up against him under the article on petty hooliganism. According to the police, the man again "used crude obscene language in a public place and offensively harassed citizens" on December 11, 2024. Judge Yevgenia Chernova of the Leninsky District Court of Samara sent Peev to administrative arrest for 15 days." After serving his sentence, the man was detained again and a third protocol on an administrative offense was fabricated against him under the article on petty hooliganism with an identical plot. On December 26, 2024, the judge of the Leninsky District Court of Samara, Alla Ivanova, sentenced Peeva to another 15 days of administrative arrest. After serving his sentence, the man was detained on charges of treason. The details of the charges are unknown. The court placed the defendant in a pre-trial detention center. On July 18, 2025, the Samara Regional Court found Konstantin Peev guilty and sentenced him to 15 years in prison to be served in a strict regime penal colony, with a 1-year restriction of freedom and a fine of 250 thousand rubles. rubles.
