Case Description
On December 16, 2025, in the Krasnodar Territory, local resident Konstantin Ivanov was detained. A report on an administrative offense under the article on petty hooliganism was drawn up against him." "According to police reports, the man at 5 a.m. in a public place loudly used obscene language and did not respond to remarks." "On the same day, Judge Irina Ayvazova of the Armavir City Court of the Krasnodar Territory sent Ivanov to administrative arrest for 15 days. After serving his sentence, the man was detained on criminal charges. He was accused of treason, three episodes of sabotage causing significant property damage or, and planning the murder of a person in connection with the performance of their official duties, for mercenary motives. The details of the charges are unknown. The court placed the defendant in a pre-trial detention center.
