Case Description
In late November 2021, a 34-year-old local resident, Kirill Suslov, was detained in Khanty-Mansiysk." He was accused of treason. The details of the charges are unknown. The man was escorted to Moscow, where on November 29, 2021, the Lefortovo District Court chose a measure of restraint for him in the form of detention. On February 20, 2023, the Court of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra found Kirill Suslov guilty and sentenced him to 12.5 years of imprisonment in a strict regime colony. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force.
