Case Description
In the city of Kerch, in the annexed Republic of Crimea, at the beginning of May 2024, local resident Kirill Smirnov, 30 years old, was detained. According to Russian security officials, Simonov was preparing to blow up a railway that the RF Armed Forces use to transport fuel for the war with Ukraine.
