12 декабря 2024 года Мещанский районный суд Москвы избрал мужчине меру пресечения в виде заключения под стражу.
7 мая 2026 года Московский областной суд признал Иззета Халилова виновным и приговорил его к 15 годам лишения свободы в колонии строгого режима.
