After the publication of the decision in the case of the Oryol resident, it became known that he communicated in Telegram with a user named "Timur, who claimed to be a representative of Ukraine. At the same time, in reality, 'Timur' was an FSB employee acting within the framework of an 'operational experiment'. On October 23, 2024, the First Appellate Court of General Jurisdiction left the verdict unchanged.
