Case Description
In Samara, at the Kryazh airfield on April 17, 2024, unknown individuals destroyed the Mi-8 transport helicopter. The Russian Ministry of Defense used it in the war against Ukraine to transport weapons and personnel. Two days later, on April 19, Anton Biryukov and Ivan Semyonov, two 16-year-old residents of Tolyatti, were detained on charges of arson. It is claimed that they acted on the orders of Ukrainian special services. Earlier they allegedly "set fire to two relay cabinets in the village." Borovka, a cellular tower in Tolyatti, and a non-functioning train at the Zhigulevskoye More railway station. Criminal cases were opened against the teenagers for attempted terrorism. The court sent them to the SIZO.
