In Kopeysk, Chelyabinsk Oblast, on the night of August 1, 2023, 54-year-old factory employee Irina Razdolikina smashed a window in the medical office of the local military enlistment office with a stone and threw a Molotov cocktail inside. The woman was detained by security guards. The fire was quickly extinguished, with no casualties. Razdolkin was accused of attempted destruction of another's property by a dangerous method. During the interrogation, the woman said that she had become a victim of fraudsters. They called her for four days, convinced her to take out loans from several banks and transfer the funds "to a safe account, after which they began threatening her and demanded that she set fire to the military enlistment office." In total, she transferred 2 million rubles to the scammers. On August 2, the Kopeysk City Court of the Chelyabinsk Region denied the investigation's request to place Razdolkina in custody and sent her under house arrest. 22 May 2024, the Kopeysk City Court of the Chelyabinsk Region found Irina Razdolkina guilty. The sentence is unknown.
