He allegedly instructed her on "conspiratorial methods of establishing contact" and also gave her money for tickets back to Russia. After a trip to Turkey in March 2023, where she allegedly met with Vitaly again, Izmailova began carrying out assignments for Ukrainian special services. It is alleged that from March to May 2023, Irina manufactured at least 0.25 grams of the simplest homemade explosive - acetone peroxide."
