Alalykin Ilya Sergeevich

On July 1, 2024, FSB officers burst into the home of local resident Ilya Alalyukin in Yekaterinburg with a search. The search lasted all day, and after 10:00 PM, the man was taken to the police station, where a protocol on an administrative offense under the article on petty hooliganism was falsified against him. The police indicated in their report that Alalykin, being in a public place on the street near the house at the address: city of Yekaterinburg, st. Latvian, d. 20, in the presence of outsiders, loudly used crude obscene language, behaved arrogantly and provocatively, started a verbal argument with passersby, and did not respond to repeated remarks from citizens and lawful demands from law enforcement officers. Olga Panfilova, a judge of the Oktyabrsky District Court of Yekaterinburg, sentenced Alalykin to 15 days of administrative arrest on the following day, July 2, 2024. Meanwhile, the Yekaterinburg resident was serving his sentence, a criminal case was opened against him for cooperating on a confidential basis to the detriment of the Russian Federation. The details of the charges are unknown. According to one of Ilya's cellmates, the man was reading "news about the SVO" in various news Telegram channels, and once Ukrainians allegedly wrote to him asking him to send them photos of certain military facilities. Alalikin sent a downloaded photo of a local factory from the internet, and the next day they burst in with a search. It turned out that under the guise of "Ukrainians" the Yekaterinburg resident corresponded with provocateurs from the FSB. 17 July 2024, the Verkh-Isetsky District Court of Yekaterinburg placed Alalykin in custody.
