Case Description
In late March 2025, Iliya Grazhdan, a 16-year-old local resident and 9th grade student, was detained in Moscow. He was accused of committing a terrorist act. The details of the charges are unknown. According to Iliya himself, his case is related to an arson that he committed for monetary reward. On March 31, 2025, the Dorogomilovsky District Court of Moscow granted the prosecution's motion and placed the teenager in a pre-trial detention center.
